You may also use a picture for your background.
This is done in the same way as the background
color. Instead of the color code you use the name
of the image file.
The images must be in .bmp (bitmap) format.
<BODY BACKGROUND="nameofimage.bmp">
For example:
<BODY BACKGROUND="dogpic.bmp"> This will place
the picture dogpic.bmp on the background, not just once
but all over the screen.
A good background picture will be seamless when placed
next to itself. Pick a background that does not distract from
the other items on the webpage.
There are many webpages that offer free backgrounds for
downloading or you can make your own in a paint program.
